Spliced pile bolt templates in 9mm MDF

Octagonal bolt templates cut from 9mm MDF for a major Townsville precast concrete manufacturer. The templates lock the eight-bolt flange pattern during fabrication of spliced piles — the bolts sit in the pattern while the pile is cast, so the splice plate lines up first time when the two pile sections are joined on site. 20 templates in this batch, DXF in early Monday morning, parts collected the next day. We had the 9mm MDF on hand — typical week.
