What we do
Operations
Production cutting and machining, straight from your file.
- Profile cutting — any 2D shape from your DXF — outside profiles, internal cut-outs and holes in one pass.
- Drilling & bolt holes — accurate, repeatable hole patterns and bolt-hole templates across a full run.
- Countersinks & counterbores — recessed holes so bolt and screw heads sit flush.
- Slots & pockets — milled to a set depth, not just cut all the way through.
- Rebates & grooves — channels and step-downs for seating or joining panels.
- Part marking — part numbers, ID codes and reference marks cut into the surface.
- Chamfers & edge breaks — functional edge easing where a part needs it.
- Nesting — parts laid out efficiently across the sheet to keep your material cost down.
- Oversize / tiling — parts longer than the 2500 mm bed cut in indexed sections.

Send a DXF or DWG
Drawn at real size, with the cut lines clearly marked. We programme in Fusion and Enroute — your file in, finished parts out. If anything's off we'll flag it when we quote.
No DXF? If you bring the measurements, we can model your part in Fusion. Design work starts at $75 + GST for the first 30 minutes, then $37.50 + GST per 15-minute block.
