Bolt templates in form ply

A run of bolt templates for a local steel fabricator, cut from 17mm film face form ply. The fab shop assembles each template with its hold-down bolts to lock in the exact bolt pattern, then the assembly sits in the formwork through the concrete pour. When the slab cures the bolts are embedded right where the steel column needs them — first time, every time.
